For a website to be discovered it needs to be searchable (availability). If it needs to be searchable, it needs to be reachable and if one can reach it then it has to load under 3 seconds. Once a user starts to interact with your content, he needs to feel it is trustworthy (secure) and that he might potentially either buy from your or visit your site again at a later data.
