ERPNext Hosting Vertrag

ERPNext is provided to users under the following terms

1. ERPNext software is licensed under GPL and comes with no warranty or gaurantee. The tenant agrees that he is responsible for checking whether the software works for him or not.

2. We are data processors. All administrator passwords are provided at the time of signing up. We will only log into the sytstem if we are required to by the tenant.

3. We are hosting our servers with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 & PCI DSS certified host in Frankfurt.

4. Trial System is only for 90 days. After that, the tenant has the option to switch to a paid service. Failing which, we have the right to terminate the service.

5. We do not back up trial servers.
